IMPORTANT This brief is the ONLY info we use when designing your logo, so include everything here, (even if you’ve said it in emails or DMs). If it’s not here, it won’t be taken into consideration. The reason is because collating direction spread over several emails and DM’s slows our ability to get your logo to you quickly and accurately. If we need images we will let you know, but its best we steer clear of reference material as they often contradict each other.
Don’t rush this and don’t labour over it for hours either. It should take you two coffees max, nothing worse than one word answers or paragraphs of life story. Have fun, don’t overthink it, hit send and we’ll take good care of everything.
Lead time is approx. 2 weeks from the date we get the brief, in peak times this can be 3 weeks. If you don’t hear from us before that, don’t worry, we are simply working on your project and will send it to you the minute it’s ready.
