Legacy Society reserves the right to use any work created to market the Legacy Society brand.
All logo options will be done in the style currently advertised. We cannot fulfil a different style at this price point.
Some logos may not be suitable for trademark as part of our ability to provide an economical price point is to use similar or the same elements in some of the designs. There is a chance that your work may have similarities to another brand produced by Legacy Society.
Refund Policy:
As your designs are art and therefore subjective, we cannot guarantee that you will like your designs. We can do rounds of alterations (at extra cost) to fix or change anything you would like, but cannot offer a refund if you do not like your work.
All payments are non-refundable.
Shipping Policy:
Any design you purchase will be sent to you as a digital PNG and PDF file.
Lead time is approx. 10-14 days from when I receive your briefing form. Please allow extra time for the final file supply and for changes if needed.
